The customer is protected by the following Limited Warranty, which applies to seats under normal indoor residential use. This warranty does not apply to seats used for commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:Seatcraft provides (1) one year comprehensive coverage for all components such as materials, foam and frame parts, and mechanisms including motorized parts from defective materials or workmanship.
MATERIAL:Normal fabric fading, shrinking, or stretching is not covered by this warranty. Similarly, the natural markings, stretching, and shrinking of leather is a proud mark of authenticity and therefore not covered by this warranty. Evidence of improper cleaning, abuse, or abnormal use of the materials will void this warranty.
FOAM AND FRAME PARTS:Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. Foam compression is natural, and therefore not covered by this warranty.
MECHANISMS:Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for inspection, labor and transportation costs.
No warranties, express or implied, apply after the expiration of this Limited Warranty. The warranty period covers repair, substitution, and replacement. No returns or refunds are covered. A proof of purchase is required to service a claim; simply present the bill of sale to the dealer from whom the item was purchased, to request warranty service. Cool seats but everything they show that the seats come with in the photo is an add on. Claims the seats come with LED light but do not. The listing is inaccurate and they bait and switch. Customer service was not helpful. The seats dont jump to each other and you have plug them in individually.
Do not get the leather gel. It wears poorly.

Finished basement and included theater area. Bought 6 seats in a row (these) and absolutely love them. Highly recommend. Only regret is they are cheaper price now but I’m not complaining….well worth it.

The product was carefully and skillfully packaged and delivered. And the end results was spectacular. We are thrilled with the look, the comfort, the ease of the mechanics and the quality. Once shipped they arrived within the promised 10 day window. Overall a five star rating from us.
We are really impressed with these seats for the price. I called and Zach helped us out on the phone to get these ordered since I was unsure of what to order. Delivery was great. They dropped in our garage. They were packaged nicely and nothing was damaged and all parts were in the boxes. Took the 2 of us to get them down into our theatre and set up. Set up was super easy. Power recline works super smooth. The only thing I dont love is that every seat and the lights have its own power cord. I just assumed it would all be linkable and only 1 cord. So there is a ton of wires and I had to order 2 power strips to manage all the plugs. So the wires are a bit of a mess under the chairs. And the led lights just kind of sit on the floor under the chairs. I assumed they would be hardwired. If I knew this I would've just ordered a cheap led light kit from Amazon. So, I took 1 star off for the wire and light mess. These seats definitely make our theatre room, though! Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking about ordering. I know I was nervous ordering from an online company without being able to see or touch the seats first, but we are not disappointed.

We were turned on to your website by a new neighbor that just moved in. We went and looked at his media room and were impressed with the seats he had. He passed along your website and we proceeded to order. We were hesitant to buy without seeing the seats in person but they have exceeded our expectations!
We are extremely pleased with our new Seatcraft seats that we ordered. We ordered a total of 6 seats and mixed and match to meet our budget. We ordered three of the Seatcraft 12106 without the optional base lighting and three of the Seatcraft back row Rialto chairs that have the built in platforms to elevate them. Each of the rows was set up with a loveseat and single seat combination. The product arrived on pallets and shrink wrapped tightly. No major damage was noted except for a few holes in the boxes. Once we opened everything up, it was all good and in mint condition. We got them placed in our room and most people can't tell that the front row and back row are different models. They match very well and are extremely comfortable.

Bought the set of two for our Motorhome, have used them for about 6 months total and the vinyl material has pulled apart and it is all peeling and has not held up at all.
dissatisfied in this product. The heat has probably degraded them faster, I’m sure if they were in a home they would get a lot more wear but buyer beware the leather gel is not sturdy.

Did a lot of research and took a chance and ordered 7 of the Seatcraft 12006 recliners from 4seating.com. We cannot be more satisfied with not only the quality of the chairs, but the ease of how the chairs went together.
